Andrea Kruger, CAT(C)

Helping people consciously connect with a greater understanding of their physical capabilities is what motivates Andrea. Being witness to subtle changes of self-confidence and autonomy that allow a person to fully trust their physical capabilities and fully participate in their life is priceless.

A cornerstone in Andrea’s Athletic Therapy practice is individualized therapeutic exercises and stretches, hands-on therapy, and taping and bracing. Combinations for manual therapy include joint mobilizations, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue and fascial release along with the use of electrical modalities.
Exercise prescription is used to create postural integrity through proper muscle sequencing, efficiency and activation ultimately restoring a sense of coordination and strength. This is relevant for athletic development to maximize performance, injury rehabilitation to ensure a safe return to work and play and injury prevention to keep you moving optimally.

Andrea had the privilege of playing university soccer for N.A.I.T but these days feeling strong and able is what personally inspire her to be active as a means of pursuing outdoor adventures in the mountains.
