Being Fit-For-Life means you have the stamina, strength, movement skills and capacity to do all you want to do in life. But with ongoing investment in 'You', we aim to surpass your wants. We aim to build a foundation that is so solid that will be bullet-proof.

Together, we will tailor an ongoing Kinesiology Personal Training program based on your individual needs. Regular one-on-one training sessions allow for optimal and progressive adaptation to training to accomplish whatever goals you may have. 

Each training sessions will address the specific volume, intensity, frequency, and recovery you need to keep progressing toward your goals. Sessions are scheduled from one to three sessions per week and can be purchased as a package. Ask us for more details on available discounts on package programs.
