Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training is a fast and effective method to build strength and muscle without having to lift heavier weights. BFR training has been extensively studied and proven to be both safe and effective.   

Normally, exercising with high repetition and low load does not build strength or muscle mass. With BFR training low-intensity training can have a significant impact on strength and hypertrophy. And it does so at a faster rate. This is GOOD news!

BFR training can have a significant impact on healing and recovery from injuries and can augment a concurrent strength training or rehabilitation program. It augments our normal physiological responses to exercise, resulting in quicker adaptations and better results. Too good to be true? It's not!
